Ideally once a year during service. Or if one goes low on change you can replace all of them at the same time.

Are all your engineers in-house?
Yes, all the engineers are employed by us. All of them are DBS checked and carry NSSA identification cards.
Do you offer 24-hours telephone support?
Yes, we do. But it is limited to contract customers. If you call the office number during out-of-service hours, we will guide you through to one of the out-of-hours engineers.
